Why he and his advocates/advisers/surrogates/"whatever you want to call them this time around" haven't been pounding on the issue of Obama's catastrophic plan to increase taxes on small business owners who fall into the "above middle class" tax bracket is beyond me. The amount of damage that his plan would cause in an already somewhat slowed economy would make people long for the days when the only things Democrats were screwing were interns.

First point: Sen. Obama took three tries to get it close to what McCain said... maybe even exactly what McCain said.

Our Commander in Chief needs experience in times of national and international crisis... and does not have three days to figure out what exactly he needs to "say."

So it takes three days for him to figure out what to say... I wonder how long it takes him to act?

Second point: Maybe Obama is confused... but he and his party tells everyone that Sen. McCain's plans to open domestic drilling will take 7 or so years (the people who would do it, say 2 to 3). Well, let's think... the only things Obama backs are things like wind and solar... not oil, clean coal, or nuclear. Most say that technology such as wind and solar will take more then 10 years... maybe 20 to 30 years to develop properly and organize.

So since our long term technology (which Sen. McCain also supports) will take an average of 20 years to properly develop... Sen. McCain also support keeping our economy alive while we develop those long term soultions by using the short term solution... drilling, clean coal and nuclear. It's simple, we need a short term and long term solution... and Sen. McCain is the only candidate with both.
